Evan Wilson is a passionate and proven business professional. For more than 20 years, he has been praised for his unique ability to elevate individuals while building and developing successful teams. Evan’s process excellence, and coaching programs have been adopted by multimillion-dollar organizations.His superpower lies in joining disparate groups of individuals from cross-functional business areas – departments that have traditionally faced communication and performance gaps - to create harmonious teams.

From childhood abuse, living in poverty, identity issues, bullying, and substance abuse, Evan’s life could have gone in vastly different ways so many times. Between the circumstances that were foisted upon him and those he created for himself, Evan could very easily have become a product of his environment - or his own torment - at multiple times throughout his life.

His journey was not made easy. There were plenty of times when relenting seemed like the best - or only - option. Evan’s story is not one of “rags to riches” - at least not in the traditional sense. Nor is it a victim’s tale of destruction. Rather, it is a humble story of endurance, persistence, and perseverance. After a half-century of life Evan is now able to view his entire journey, pitfalls and all, as a gift, to understand his purpose, and approach with curiosity.

Evan coaches with empathy because he understands what it’s like to face challenges from the outside and from within.

Evan communicates with directness and compassion because he knows what it’s like to be under extreme pressure and feel lost.

Evan equips teams with the ability to uncover the greatness within, and the confidence to unleash their own excellence because transforming is not something he does...it is who he is.
